Helsingor Port in Denmark
In the northeast of Denmark is the port of Helsingor. It is a port town with a small cute center. In the town itself, next to the harbor, is a large train station.

Helsingor is a small cute harbour town with a centre. In the harbour itself you can buy tickets for the ferry, but also park your car for a short time. Next to the harbour is the train station, where the terminal of Öresundlinjen is also located.

Parking in the port of Helsingor
In the harbour of Helsingor there are several small parking lots where you can park your car for a short period. Please note: it is mandatory to have a Q-Park ticket at these parking lots. There is a machine for parking tickets at the parking lots.
Long-term parking in Helsingor?
Do you want to park your car for a longer period in Helsingor? For example, because you want to stay in Sweden for a few days? Then it is best to use the parking garage ’24hr Parking Helsingor’ in the centre. This is located about a kilometre from the harbour.
Public transport
By train or bus to Helsingor
The train station is located right next to the harbour of Helsingor. The bus station is also located in front of the train station. This makes it very easy to travel to the harbour by public transport or to travel further within Denmark from Helsingor.
From or to Copenhagen by public transport
By public transport it takes about one hour to or from Copenhagen. The connection is operated by transport company DSB. You can plan your route on the DSB website: tickets are available at the train station at the harbour.
